For the record and until further notice, please be advised that our cancellation policy is as follows, unless there are compelling/ extenuating circumstances:

• Cancellation on arrival or during full confirmed booking - full payment (100%) will be forfeited/ levied
• No Show, No Cancellation for a confirmed booking - full payment (100%) will be forfeited/ levied
• Cancellation 30 days before arrival date – twenty five percent (25%) payment will be forfeited/ levied
• Cancellation 7– 14 days before arrival for confirmed booking – fifty percent (50%) payment will be forfeited/ levied
• Cancellation 2 – 4 days before arrival for confirmed booking –  seventy five percent (75%) payment will be forfeited/ levied
• Cancellation from 1 day before arrival for confirmed booking –  full payment (100%) payment will be forfeited/ levied
 
The Grace Guesthouse will consider the following to be compelling/extenuating circumstances, under which cancellation may be accepted, purely on compassionate basis, at no charge, provided that proof is furnished/ evident:

• Life threatening and unforeseen illness/ sickness of client(s) or their immediate family member(s)
• Death of client(s) or their immediate family member(s)
